I made him a lot of time ago, I'll be making him from zero to avoid a lot of bugs and get you the best quality once I get zmodeler license again.
I use a custom ReShade preset, so in pics it maybe looks a lot bright and shadows a lot darker, it's because my ReShade preset.

Hello, fellow modders! You might encountered this mod has not been updated in a while, the reason is simple. I've left the Grand Theft Auto V modding scene in order to focus on my professional career (software engineering). Now that I've been somewhat successful on my professional career, I will most probably come back to Grand Theft Auto V modding scene but with a limited frame of time, so do not expect me to be updating/uploadng mods 24/7.
For this mod specifically, I no longer have access to the 3D model files so I can barely make an update for you folks. This means the mod is DEPRECATED, DO NOT wait for new updates.
@MAESTRE I know smh, I always make backups but I trusted the guy. Anyway Path for .dat files here:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\effects\decals.dat

@MAESTRE Hey man sorry to bother you with another question. Do you know what .xml file contains the walking style for all peds including NPC's, Multiplayer characters, and Main characters? Thanks!
No problem man, ask me anything you need! And I don't really know, I just change walk style with menyoo trainer, maybe you con search it on his trainer script or just ask him. They are animations, so I thought it's just a folder with the animations. @avitia28
@MAESTRE Right, except that menyoo trainer does not save the walking styles. I will ask him though.
